This is the sales team's tool for running our automated email nurture campaign (a "drip") for Workplace Wellness Solutions leads. You add a company contact, the system emails them a planned series of messages over time, and you can see how each contact responds.
Adding leads
- Add one contact at a time, or paste a whole list ("Name, email" per line).
- You can start the sequence for everyone immediately, at a date & time you choose.
- Addresses are checked before they're added — obvious typos are caught (with a suggested fix), and addresses whose domain can't receive mail are flagged, so bad contacts don't slip in.
The email sequence
- 11 emails in Thai, sent over 50 days — one every 5 days.
- The content introduces HDmall's workplace wellness offering and encourages the contact to register.
When emails actually send
- Emails aren't sent the instant you enroll a lead. An automated job runs about every 30 minutes and sends whatever is due, so a newly-enrolled lead's first email usually goes out within roughly half an hour — not immediately.
- Need one to go right away? Use the Send now button on that email instead of waiting for the next run.
Managing each lead
- Enroll to start, Pause/Resume to hold and continue (the schedule shifts so spacing stays intact), Convert when they sign up, Cancel to stop, Delete to remove.
- Filter the list by status: new, active, paused, converted, completed, cancelled, unsubscribed, bounced, complaint.
Tracking results
- Each email shows whether it was delivered, opened, or clicked — hover any label for its meaning.
- "Opened" is approximate (mail apps and security scanners can trigger false opens), so a click is the strongest sign of real interest.
- If an address permanently fails (a bounce) or someone marks the email as spam (a complaint), the tool automatically stops emailing that contact to protect our sender reputation.
Compliance
- Every email has an unsubscribe link; if a contact opts out, this sequence stops automatically.
- The opt-out is also added to our company-wide unsubscribe list, so the contact won't be emailed by our other campaigns either — and it sticks even if the lead is later deleted here.
Slack updates
- The team gets a Slack message for key actions and email outcomes — with the contact's email, the email's subject, and which step it was — so you can follow engagement without opening the tool.
